Should be OK: I assume you asked due to L-arginine's ability to induce nitric oxide, via the Urea Cycle. In addition to L-arginine, I suggest about 1500 mg of L-citrulline--which should be even more effective than arginine. Another natural way to increase nitric oxide is to eat beets. None of those nutrients have been reported to adversely affect the eyes or vasculature.
