Here are some ...: Based on available info, I assumed what you described is what you might have seen in your sexual partner's penis. Without a direct look at them, it's hard to offer an accurate Dx. But from what you reported, they may be just a pair of pearly papules on both sides of frenulum, which are inborn benign lesions and requires no Rx of any form.
