Is it possible for ultrasound to be 2 months off from conception date?

Only - only if -: 1) Your "conception date" is mistaken (you are believing the wrong date, or 2) the ultrasonographer is not competent. BTW pregnancies are never dated by doctors form "conception date," but from last menstrual period. This would modify this answer somewhat. I really hope this helps you!

No: Depending on the gestational age at the time of the ultrasound the range of error varies fro a few days to about 3 weeks - but never as much as 2 months.
