Depends: The accuracy of the ultrasound for dating depends on when during the pregnancy it is performed. The earlier the ultrasound, the more accurate within a few days it is.

No: The ultrasound is not accurate enough to pinpoint an exact conception date. Depending on the stage of pregnancy and what is being measured, the estimation could be off by a few days to more than a week. Plus sperm can remain viable for several days, so actual conception could occur up to 3-5 days after intercourse.
