Rocks or butterflies: Sounds like you're in significant distress, but there are so many things that can cause your symptoms--infectious, inflammatory, hemorrhage, ischemia, functional (ibs, esophageal spasm, neuropathic), biliary problems; but also heart, lungs, panic, etc. Get to your doctor so treatment can begin based on findings.
