Soon: 10 is nearly negative. You can resume ovulation within 2-4 weeks of a miscarriage. However, I would talk with your OB about possible causes of your miscarriage. In addition take prenatal vitamins before conception to decrease the chance of another miscarriage. In addition once you have a positive test ask your OB to check a progesterone level in case you have a luteal phase defect.
