I am have a question in the last couple of months i have had my period twice each month what are some ways to regulate my periods?

Could be : breakthrough bleeding from contraceptives, or irregular bleeding if not on contraceptives. Could be implantation bleeding if trying to conceive. Depending on your plans this could be explained by varying reasons.
