No one can say: Immediately? - No one could guarantee the totalness or swiftness of any drug on a particular person. If you are in the care of pain mgmt physicians - you need to work honestly w/ them to find your best strategy. But it will never be certain, immediate or total and may change over time as you accomodate. Try non-drug strategies too - they support the effectiveness alot!
