Depend on more tests: From your question it looks like you were trying to time your ovulation to increase your chances to get pregnant and took a Beta hCG titer test to determine the levels.Usually the Beta hCG titer test 3 weeks after the last menstrual period (LMP) is between 5-50.At 4 wks after LMP it should be between 5-426. If your next Beta hCG test in the next 2 days is higher than 6.8 than you could be pregnant
