I use burt's bees lip balm and now i have sore lips it is not a canker sore. if you look at my profile picture you will see them. please help ?

Best be seen: In general, given the dry weather after the snowstorm, irritant dermatitis of the lips is common; worsened by lip licking. Furthermore, lip balms often trigger allergic reactions, exacerbating the condition. Steroids may be needed, but get checked first for virus/cold sore or cheilitis; see primary care/urgent care, or video chat. Can't diagnose here.
