Autoimmune hepatitis: There's no IgB, but an elevated level of anti-actin is one piece in the puzzle when autoimmune hepatitis ("lupoid", etc.) is a consideration. This isn't a pregnancy test -- an elevated reading is only one of many factors that may lead to a diagnosis and treatment decision. Best wishes.
