If you end your period on a saturday and your on birth control do you continue to use it on sunday and are you still protected ?

Yes: it does depend on your pill type. Some pills are a 21 day pill with one week off. Other pills or 28 day pill with no days off. So if you're on the 21 day pill and have finished your pack and your period comes, you would take no pill for one week. If on a 28 day pill, you would continue your pill each day regardless. You would be protected if you take your pill as you should. Question answered?
