Try to rest: get some rest when you are home from work. if possible, squeeze in some down time at work too. Being pregnant is tiring on the body, especially when you are working full time and have another little one to take care of. Do you have any help at home? if you do, don't hesitate to ask them to help with housework, cooking, childcare so you can rest!

Hopefully: you have a significant other who should be stepping up and taking on some of the slack. Otherwise , every chance you get, rest. Sounds like a dple answer, I know, but you need to evaluate your schedule and find areas that you can cut or diminish to give a little more down time.
