Could be...: If it is still painful it could be related to a strained ligament or tendon. Ice the area and take analgesics during the next week. Try to rest the area and avoid exercise during this period of time to allow the affected area to heal well. Some people may have laxity( ligaments are more prone) and develop problems of unstable joints. If persistent see an Orthopedist.
