Right side pain: May be muscle strain versus gallbladder or even rarer colonic polyp or lower lung issue. Smoker? Worked with asbestos? Coughing?. What happens when breathing?May consider CXR, if persists and sonogram. If not allergic try ibuprophen. f/u with doctor/urgent care At 54 you should have one colonoscopy..,
