Pregnancy: Ovulation occurs 14 days before your period. Depending upon your cycle length that is from 7 to 14 days after your last period. That's commonly called the fertile period. But that's a normal cycle. Bleeding in pregnancy can occur earlier than a normal period would occur. So to make sure, get a pregnancy test.
