See below: 1) PC pills ( OCP) promotes negative feedback on production of LH , causing a decreased synthesis of androgens by ovaries. 2) bioavailable T means: free testosterone and T bound to albumin. usually total testosterone or calculated Free T is measured and monitored for PCOS 3) for PCOS use OCP Norgestimate , Desogestrel or Norethindrone that has less intrinsic androgenic activity
