Yes you can: Being on Depo does not always prevent periods, what it does prevent is ovulation (egg release). Having a period does not mean you are ovulating. Periods are the shedding of the uterus. You can get pregnant after ending Depo. Sometimes it can take up to a year to get pregnant after ending Depo.
