Nothing is for sure: Hypertension in pregnancy, or gestational hypertension (HTN) can occur in healthy females. The fact that you have had it before does make it slightly more likely that it could occur again. Spontaneous abortion (aka "miscarriage") is not something that any physician could predict unfortunately.
