Several things: Chance you could have become pregnant? ie. unprotected sex since last period to this one? If so need evaluation. Any other symptoms (pelvic or belly pain..other than cramps, vaginal discharge other than menstrual flow, fevers)? If so need eval. Are you on birth control? If so and bleeding early need eval. If no to all above then period most likely came early. Wait. If next not normal, eval
