Amenorrhea: If pregnancy test is negative, have it confirmed with blood/serum pregnancy test, it could be an isolated episode of anovulatory cycle, follow a contraceptive measure to prevent pregnancy while you are trying to find out the cause. If it continues better have it checked out by your OBGYN
