No way: Sorry, this just isn't possible. First, no matter how sexually active, he or she doesn't necessarily have an STD. Second, even if treatment were practical, what should s/he be treated for? The drugs needed are different for the various STDs -- gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas, and herpes all are different. Try to convince your friend to get professionally evaluated.
