Should be OK: Chlamydia and other stds cause infertility when they are left to fester for a long time and cause fibrosis and other structural damage to the reproductive organs (often through pelvic inflammatory disease). If yours was caught early and treated, you should be fine.

Tubes: One of the main issues with chlamydia, in regards to fertility, is if it caused any damage to your fallopian tubes. A special x-ray of the tubes (hsg) can be done to test for this.
