A member asked:

I have elbow tendonitus, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Epicondylitis: Medial epicondylitis "golfer's elbow" and lateral epicondylitis "tennis elbow" are quite common. Nonoperative treatment is successful 95% of the time-this includes avoiding activities that aggravate your pain, rest, icing, NSAIDs and bracing. NSAIDs include meds such as ibuprofen and regarding braces there are many over the counter elbow braces that you can pick up at your local store.
