Don't think so: I reviewed the ingredients in Neuroplex. It contains a combination of vitamins and minerals. None of these in the doses listed should be causing your symptoms. Recommend you see your doctor for medical evaluation of your complaints. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck

Not impressed: Have reviewed Neuroplex, which is mostly vitamins, has no benefit whatsoever for headaches , and is a blatant waste of money. I doubt it even can cause any side effects other than allergic reaction. Your severe headache could be migraine, and your cognitive issues could be secondary equivalent. See headache specialist.
