Uncertain: From your description, it is difficult to say that this truly could be. Discharge that is foul and white in color or brown/red would point more towards a bacteria infection. But this might be natural discharge. I would say that if this continues and/or you have pain/fever you should have this checked out by physician who can do a complete history and physical exam with pelvic examination.
