Dr diagnosed costochondritis, but worry if misdiagnosed. i get random spurts of pain that go away and come back to same 5 spots. naproxen 500 no help?

Get a 2nd opinion: Then get a second opinion. BTW, costochondritis generally does not respond to naproxen or other antiinflammatories. You may have better luck with gabapentin.
