A pair o knee highs: Depending on how far up the leg it hurts, you may have strained a peroneal muscle or tendon. Since it is not swollen, a fracture is less likely. If this does not improve or get worse, then you will need to have it evaluated.

Could of injured: your peroneal tendons…I would ice it and wear a compressive anklet or ace bandage.
