Lost you: I am sorry, I don't get what you're saying. When you say you're getting shocked once a month, I am assuming that that means that you still having seizures. What do you mean by the doctor being out of it? We're not out of it? Are you trying to tell us, that you're still having seizures despite being on medication. Please elaborate.

Seizure affliction: Epilepsy is well managed typically with one or two meds in combination. The right dose matters. If a combo of two meds is required, then right doses with proper blood concentrations are essential. In some special centers, laser knife surgery done by a highly specialized team can be successful. Otherwise, mongoing meds are necessary.
