Depends: The risk of blood clots is the biggest concern during long flights. Also, potential complications of pregnancy can not be managed during a flight.

Depends: It is better not to if you don't have a big reason to fly long distance. You need to take certain precautions such as staying hydrated as well as moving aroung once every 45 minutes or so to minimize risk of blood clots which are increased in pregnancy.
