Not likely: "Food poisoning' is usually an acute and intense period of vomiting and diarrhea, usually in some association with a meal, perhaps 2-3 hrs later. Lasts 6-24 hrs in most cases. The bloody mucus is a bit concerning. so I suggest you speak to a doctor or provider soon. Try to drink lots of fluids, eat small frequent meals/snacks, and be prepared to discuss this with your doctor. Good luck.
