Probably nothing: The menstrual cycle is sensitive to many things (weight changes, stress, medications, etc...). Depending on the reason for the procedure, this may need to be evaluated asap. For now, it sounds like you should keep a strict menstrual diary and follow up with ob/gyn, if symptoms are persistent and/or worsening..

Complicated question: You're bleeding pattern may be irregular and unpredictable for a while after a D&C. What was your period pattern like before? , was it always very regular and every four weeks ? There could be something else going on. Why did you need the D and C ? and you of course need to follow up with the provider who did the procedure
