Probably normal.: Probably this is related to ovulation. Pain was probably from left ovary. You sometimes get a little spotting with that. I would guess that the blood with poop was actually from vagina ( yes you were wiping like your mom said to that is front to back ) If it continues or gets worse you should see your doctor. If your stools look dark like tar or you vomit coffee grounds see your Doctor.
