Ulnar nerve: It sounds like it could be a problem of your ulnar nerve which commonly is considered the "funny-bone" like when you hit your elbow. Pressure there may create forearm aches/numbness and often fourth finger and pinky go numb too. Avoiding pressure over there may help, but the nerve may become damaged and need to be managed more aggressively. A specialist eval. may be helpful if it persists.
