Sinus/bronchial: Try OTC Nasacort AQ Nasal spray plus follow these guidelines: Warm water gargles, nasal saline mist, hot tea and honey, hot steam showers, Cold Eze Lozenges, Tylenol (acetaminophen) 1-2 TABLETS every 4-6 hours as needed for fever greater than 100. OK to use Robitussin DM - 1 tsp every 4-6 hrs as needed.. OK to use 12 hour nasal spray ( Afrin, Dristan, generic) 2/nostril for 48-72 hours and Nasal saline spray or
