Yes: That was unprotected sex after the IUD was removed: hence, (theoretically) you could be pregnant. You can do a home test 1-2 days before your expected period. The nausea is irrelevant. Good wishes.

Unlikely: While nothing is impossible, it is very unlikely that you got pregnant the day you had your Mirena (levonorgestrel) removed even if you were ovulating. Even if you did, the nausea would be due to something else since your HCG level would not have been high enough to cause it. Hope this helps.
