It doesn't: That's a sucker claim, actually a cruel prank to get up the hopes of someone who will go on to fail a THC test as they should. This isn't the place to debate the wisdom of the cannabis laws or the value of testing. Just don't trust "magic" vinegar to help you, and avoid cannabis if your future depends on testing negative.
