Nothing can: THC will be excreted with the urine so long as it is finding its way there. As THC is absorbed and stored by fat cells, it takes a long time for it to disappear entirely.

Irrelevant.: Nowadays we can get drugs from hair follicles. If you shouldn't be consuming, honor the request.

No such luck: THC attaches to fat cells and leaches out over time. If you are a light user & abstain for a week or two a urine would likely be clean. For heavy users it may take a month or more. There are some OTC screening tests you can occasionally find in drugstores to self test. There is no flushing agent no mater what your buds tell you.
