Not enough info: Not enough info to answer the question. Breast tenderness can be a sign of ovulation, pms or pregnancy. Do a pregnancy test.

Time for testing: If your last cycle was almost four months ago and you are not pregnant then it is time to schedule a visit and discuss your plans to get pregnant. It sounds like you are not ovulating. The doctor can run tests to prove this and then give you medication to help you.
