An herbal supplement: Withania coagulans is a plant from India, that has been used in traditional India medicine for years for various conditions. There are some VERY SMALL scientific studies/research that suggest it can help lower blood sugar. Much more research is needed to find about exact uses, doses, and side effects. The same plant substance can cure at 1 dose & kill at another dose. So wait for good evidence.
