Unsure about your Q: Not sure if you are asking about medications, or something within the body itself. With respect to medications, there are some that can help you clot (although they work with clotting proteins, rather than platelets per se). These are things like aminocaproic acid and tranexamic acid. Within the body, we have a multitude of clotting proteins ("clotting factors"); too many to list here!
