Technically Yes: But you can still feel the same symptoms even if you aren't pregnant. Pregnancy symptoms can literally be the same as pms symptoms. Best wishes.

With a history of PMS, you are at risk for a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder. Make sure to be in close touch with your doctor if you have any symptoms. Treat early.
