Water is essential: Sure, we need water and Food for our life and Functioning. Water is essential as in males, 2/3rd, and in females about 1/2 of body is water. Lack of water will lead to Dehydration which will affect well-being and life Controlling need for food, decreasing food intake and disciplined eating can lead to survival longer than water deprivation.
