Functioning.: Mental health practitioners can be doctors as in MD's, PhD's, PsyD's. EdD's, and DWS's, DMH. The can also practice on the master's level such as social workers (MSW's and Master's Level Therapists.) We are trained to assist people improve their daily lives, relationships, and how they deal with themselves. We work with people and their emotions to help them lead better lives.
