Why is cancer an increasingly common health concern nowadays?

Increase inCA: Part of what we see is not just an increase but an increase in people living long enough to develop cancer. In the past, infections were the #1 cause of death. Now we die from heart disease and cancer. There has been a increase in CA even in the time when it should have leveled off. We think this is from exposure to cancer causing agents our environment.
