What is the difference between ratio-oxycocet and percocet?

No big difference: They both contain oxycodone and acetaminophen as active ingredients. Sometimes fillers etc. make a difference in effect. Pain meds are potent conditioners and often patients will highly prefer one brand over the next as a result.
When it comes to taking pain pills I never recommend trying to figure it out or be in one's own head. Talk with your prescriber for this help.
