It does not: Saffola is a mixture of safflower oil (mono unsaturated fat) and omega 3 and rice oil. It is true that if you are going to eat oil, it is better to choose mono or poly unsaturated oil vs saturated (animal) oils/fat, but in itself it will NOT improve your health. Unfortunately there are no shortcuts and only true way to improve your health is through exercise and weight loss (and NO SMOKING!!!)
