Most do: Given that at least 96% of males in the US had chickenpox in the pre-vaccine years (prior to the (90's), I can reasonably conclude that it does not impair their fertility. Some adult men will develop an orchitis with a variety of viral diseases, such as chickenpox, but sterility as a complication is exceedingly rare.
