Piles or hemorrhoids: are normal veins that everyone has but can become symptomatic ant any age , any sex from constipation, diarrhea or straining of any kind. They are meant to last a lifetime so if they are symptomatic first determine the reason and correct that before rushing off for a hemorrhoid operation or procedure.
