I have pain/stiffness in all my finger joints aside from my thumb in both hands. I can't identify any cause such as an injury or overuse. It was a sudden, unexplained onset 2 weeks ago. It's worse in the morning. Should I go to my doc?

Finger is mimicking knee symptoms what would make it do this: joint stiffness, pain, felling like it needs to be cracked, hurts to bend, no trauma I know of I have softball all week help!!!
